GuestWire Realty is an invite-only platform. You must be invited by your brokerage administrator and hold a valid real estate license or an authorized client role to use the Service for its intended purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and PIN, and for all activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful real estate client management, document, and transaction workflows.
• Enter accurate, current information for clients, properties, and transactions.
• Comply with applicable fair-housing, licensing, disclosure, and consumer-protection laws.
• Respect the privacy and access rights of other users; do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.

You will not reverse engineer, overload, disable, or misuse the Service, or use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Brokerage and User Roles

Access to documents and client records is scoped by brokerage membership, assigned roles, and explicit participant permissions enforced on the server. Brokerage administrators are responsible for inviting and managing members within their organization and for content published under their brokerage identity.

4. Documents and Content

You retain ownership of content and documents you upload or create. You grant GuestWire Technologies a license to host, store, process, and share that content solely to operate the Service. GuestWire Technologies does not guarantee the legal sufficiency, completeness, or validity of any document prepared, uploaded, or shared through the Service and is not your attorney; consult qualified professionals as needed.

5. Security and Audit

We apply tenant-scoped access controls, hashed credentials, time-limited links, and audit logging. You agree not to bypass, weaken, or attempt to circumvent these controls, and to report suspected unauthorized access to Support promptly.

6. Fees and Subscriptions

Brokerage accounts are offered on subscription tiers set by GuestWire Technologies. Fees, billing terms, and tier features are communicated separately and may change on renewal with notice.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure in all circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuestWire Technologies and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Term and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, for nonpayment, or to protect the Service, users, or third parties. Upon termination, surviving record-retention and audit obligations remain in effect.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GuestWire Technologies LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
